The Homeowners’ Association of the Falls at Fair Oaks Ranch is a small, friendly, welcoming, gated neighborhood within the Texas hill country atmosphere of the city of Fair Oaks Ranch. Falls Terrace homeowners, please join us Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the lower cul-de-sac at the bottom of Falls Ter. Pizza will be provided – please feel free to bring a side or drink to share. Three Falls Ter HOA Board positions will be open – if you can’t attend, please provide a proxy to a neighbor or board member that can vote on your behalf – please contact any board member for a proxy form.
